Just a few weeks from completion of the court stay at Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan is being investigated by police after allegedly assaulting workers at the clinic.
Palm Desert police investigated the battery on the scene around 1:00 on December 12. “Persecution desired,” says Sgt. Joe Borja County Sheriff’s Department, Riverside. “The incident being investigated as a misdemeanor.”
