Nets acquire PG Williams from Jazz (AP)

SALT LAKE CITY (AP)—The New Jersey Nets have acquired All-Star point guard
Deron Williams(notes) from the Utah Jazz in exchange for rookie Derrick Favors(notes) and
point guard Devin Harris(notes).
The Jazz also will receive the Nets’ first-round pick in 2011, which could
be a lottery pick, and Golden State’s 2012 first-round pick draft
