Thunder sign C Perkins to extension (AP)

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP)—The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed center Kendrick
Perkins(notes) to a multiyear contract extension. The team didn’t announce the terms in
its announcement Tuesday.
General manager Sam Presti says the team is happy to Perkins and his
“blue-collar, team-first approach” as part of the Thunder’s “core group”
