Microsoft Rolling Out IE9 Via Windows Update Starting April 18

Microsoft will start rolling out Internet Explorer 9 to Windows 7 and Vista users via Windows Update on April 18, the company announced Thursday.

The rollout will be gradual, and Microsoft expects to be finished by the end of June. The updated browser will not automatically install, however; as was the case with IE8, users will have to agree to upgrade
