PayPal announced a software widget for Android phones that will allow consumers to make payments to one another by tapping two NFC-equipped phones together, PayPal announced Wednesday.
Laura Chambers, the senior director of mobile for PayPal, a subsidiary of eBay, said that the NFC widget solution would be released this summer.
