Canon has announced a portable multimedia LCD projector geared to the education, traveling sales, and small business markets. The Canon LV-8320 has a rated brightness of 3,000 lumens and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. It has native wide-screen WXGA resolution (1,200-by-800), and can accept 1080p video content through an HDMI-in port.
